The Place is a universal home for your Email, Calendar, Tasks, Slack messages all prioritised by the Outcomes you want to achieve. Everything in our system can have a 'when' (which is like a due date) including emails. Traditional email arrives and defaults to being due now. Using AI we assess how important and urgent things are and suggest when you should do them.

We sync existing email addresses from Gmail and Outlook via secure API connections. The emails stay on their existing servers and remain sync'd (so if you send, delete, or archive an email in The Place, the same will happen where your emails are hosted). We are an interface to interact with emails, events and actions in a modern way.

No, we use enterprise grade API connections, that take advantage of AI's powerful processing power without your data being used to train the underlying models. Any learning is localised to your account. See section 6 on our privacy policy.

No humans at The Place read your emails. Our system processes email data programmatically via secure, verified APIs from Google and Microsoft to organize it for you. We adhere to the principle of Least Privilege, meaning our system only accesses the specific data needed to perform the tasks you ask it to.

No. The Place is a secure interface that sits on top of your existing email provider (Gmail or Outlook). We reflect what is on your server, but we do not host the master copy. If you leave The Place, all your emails, calendar events, and contacts remain safely in your original Gmail or Outlook account, exactly as you left them.

We are verified by Google and Microsoft as part of their sensitive scope verification. We are ISO 27001 audit compliant with an internal audit (the gold standard for information security).
