Does any of the data I give The Place go to train AI models?

No, we use enterprise grade API connections, that take advantage of AI's powerful processing power without your data being used to train the underlying models. Any learning is localised to your account. See section 6 on our privacy policy.

How do my emails work on your system?

We sync existing email addresses from Gmail and Outlook via secure API connections. The emails stay on their existing servers and remain sync'd (so if you send, delete, or archive an email in The Place, the same will happen where your emails are hosted). We are an interface to interact with emails, events and actions in a modern way.

What makes The Place different?

We believe when you do something is as important as what you do. Everything in our system can have a 'when' (which is kinda like a due date) including emails. Traditional email arrives and it defaults to being due now. Using AI we assess how important and urgent things are and suggest when you should do them. This approach fundamentally reframes email and allows you to get back to doing important work.
